Appearing here as the title character, the Lebanese megastar Sabah acted in 98 films during her lengthy career. She released over 50 albums and was among the first Arabic singers to perform at New York City’s Carnegie Hall and London’s Royal Albert Hall, among other international venues. Along with Fairuz, Wadih El Safi, and Samira Tawfig, she is considered one of the greatest Arab singers of the tme. She is said to have had more than 3,500 songs in her repertoire
